We are pleased to announce that from 2009 onwards we will be training with 7th Dan Master Jong Man Hong. A Former World Taekwondo Champion and as the head instructor of Hong’s Taekwondo Sydney, Master Hong has the skills, experience and expertise to cater for all levels.
Most famously, Master Hong won the bantam weight division of the 1985 World Taekwondo Games in London and the Korean national championships 5 times.
He is a graduate (Phys Ed) from Yong In University, South Korea where he taught and lectured for more than 15 years, Master Hong was the National Team Coach for Finland in 1987 and has coached many National and World Champions.

-Graduated from Yong-In University in South Korea with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education
-Five Time Korean National Champion
-Former Captain of Korean National Team

-Current NSW High Performance Coach
-Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Taekwondo in Yong-In University between 1986 to 1988
-Coached many National and World Champions
He has trained many elite athletes to compete in local, state, national and international competitions and is fully committed in developing a strong base of talented taekwondo players who will represent NSW and Australia in national and international events through his current position as the NSW High Performance Coach.
