Master Zoo Yong Seo
Master Seo is a 5th Dan master with 26 years experience in Taekwondo and was a national champion in demonstration in Korea. He has 15 years of championship experience to date, and has never been defeated in competition since arriving in Australia.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Physical Education from the Korean National University of Physical Education majoring in Taekwondo, and was a member of Korea’s elite national Taekwondo demonstration team for 2 years. He is also an accredited international poomsae referee.
Master Seo has been the head instructor of the Sydney University Taekwondo club since 2001, coaching many beginners and developing them into adept practitioners of Taekwondo. The club is now one of the strongest in NSW, having won 2 of the past 3 Eastern University Championships.
Students who train under Master Seo are well equipped in all skills of Taekwondo. Whether your aim is to learn sparring skills, potent self-defense skills, poomsae or simply to improve your fitness Master Seo has the expertise to make these goals a reality, regardless of your current level of fitness and experience.
